- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders
- Clean, transform, and model complex datasets using advanced Excel functions

- Partner with cross functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence role
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Proven hands on experience in building and maintaining advanced Power BI dashboards
- Mastery of advanced Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Index/Match, Pivot Tables)
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to explain complex technical findings to non technical team members
- Rigorous approach to verifying data accuracy

Job Description
- We are seeking a detail oriented and analytically minded Data Analyst for a Government entity in Dubai.
- Transform raw data into actionable insights to drive strategic business decisions.
- Deep expertise in Power BI for building dynamic dashboards and advanced Excel skills required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive, high impact Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Clean, transform, and model complex datasets using advanced Excel functions.
- Analyze data trends, identify anomalies, and provide clear, data driven recommendations.
- Maintain the integrity of data sources, ensuring reports are accurate and auditable.
- Partner with cross functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Compensation
- Gross Salary: 12,500 AED per month plus benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
