Role Overview
As a Data & AI Strategy Consultant , you will help organizations define and execute their data and AI transformation strategies to drive business growth, innovation, and competitive advantage. You will assess current capabilities, develop future-state AI operating models, and create actionable roadmaps that enable organizations to become AI-first enterprises. This role requires a combination of business strategy, technology vision, and AI transformation expertise to help clients unlock value from data and AI investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape enterprise data and AI visions that drive business transformation, innovation, and sustainable competitive advantage.
- Assess organizational maturity across data, analytics, AI capabilities, operating models, and governance frameworks.
- Define enterprise data and AI strategies that optimize data assets, AI technologies, and digital capabilities to support business objectives.
- Develop target-state AI-first operating models, including organizational structures, processes, governance, and ways of working.
- Create AI platform and technology blueprints that enable scalable, secure, and responsible AI adoption.
- Develop business cases, investment strategies, value realization frameworks, and transformation roadmaps for data and AI initiatives.
- Embed Responsible AI principles into strategic planning, governance frameworks, and enterprise transformation programs.
