- Lead technical design, development, and implementation of customizations, extensions, and integrations for D365 F&O
- Create comprehensive technical design documentation based on functional requirements
- Design and implement integrations between D365 F&O and other business critical systems
- Manage data migration activities including data mapping, transformation, and loading
- Perform system performance analysis, tuning, and optimization
- Provide expert level technical support and troubleshoot complex issues as final point of escalation
- Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven extensive experience as a Technical Consultant or Developer with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (or AX 2012)
- Solid understanding of D365 F&O architecture, data structures, and core application modules
- Experience working on full cycle D365 F&O implementation projects
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O development are highly desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is a significant advantage

Qualifications

- Experience working on full cycle D365 F&O implementation projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non technical audiences.
- Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O development are highly desirable.
- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is a significant advantage.
