Job Description

  • You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.
  • The D commerce Lead is responsible for driving the growth and execution of the digital commerce strategy within the KSA market.
  • This role involves managing online sales channels, optimizing the customer experience, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the D com strategy for the KSA market, aligned with overall business goals.
  • Identify and evaluate new D com opportunities, including platforms, partnerships, and technologies.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and insights.
  • Manage online sales channels (e.g., marketplaces, retailer websites, direct to consumer).
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase market share.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Optimize the online customer journey to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage product listings, content, and visual merchandising to ensure a compelling online presence.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to improve the online experience.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Manage relationships with Dcommerce partners, including marketplaces and technology providers.
  • Monitor and manage online inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Dcommerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the KSA Dcommerce landscape.
  • Experience managing online sales channels, including marketplaces and retailer websites.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
