- Identify and evaluate new D com opportunities, including platforms, partnerships, and technologies
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and insights
- Manage online sales channels (e.g., marketplaces, retailer websites, direct to consumer)
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase market share
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Optimize the online customer journey to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction
- Manage product listings, content, and visual merchandising to ensure a compelling online presence
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery
- Manage relationships with D commerce partners, including marketplaces and technology providers
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic
- Prepare regular reports on D commerce performance and present findings to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in D commerce, digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the KSA D commerce landscape
- Experience managing online sales channels, including marketplaces and retailer websites
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic

Job Description
- You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.
- The D commerce Lead is responsible for driving the growth and execution of the digital commerce strategy within the KSA market.
- This role involves managing online sales channels, optimizing the customer experience, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the D com strategy for the KSA market, aligned with overall business goals.
- Identify and evaluate new D com opportunities, including platforms, partnerships, and technologies.

- Manage online sales channels (e.g., marketplaces, retailer websites, direct to consumer).

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Dcommerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the KSA Dcommerce landscape.
- Experience managing online sales channels, including marketplaces and retailer websites.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
