Role Overview
Visa is seeking a Cybersecurity Sales Leader to drive the commercial growth, regional sales and go‐to‐market (GTM) strategy and market positioning of Visa’s cybersecurity solutions across CEMEA.
This role operates at the intersection of sales, commercialization, market development, and strategic collaboration with Visa’s regional and global solutions teams, Client Services, and Visa Consulting & Analytics (Advisory).
The role also serves as a client-facing representative for Visa in the cybersecurity space.

Qualifications
- Qualifications and Experience
- 10–15+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, technology solutions, consulting, or related risk domains.
- Proven experience in commercializing enterprise solutions and defining GTM strategies.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C‐suite, CISOs, and ecosystem partners.
- Experience working in matrixed, global organizations.
- Preferred
- Experience identifying or supporting partnerships in cybersecurity or adjacent technology domains.
- Background in consulting, advisory, or strategic roles alongside product or solutions leadership.
- Prior experience in payments, fintech, banking, or large-scale digital platforms.
- Exposure to regional regulatory and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO, NIST, data protection regimes).
