Blackbaud is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Senior Security Engineer for its Cyber Security Countermeasures team.

The role supports critical security technologies, incident response, and operational excellence across a global environment.

Serve as a primary responder for global cybersecurity support requests, incidents, and operational issues.
Maintain and optimize security platforms, policies, and configurations.
Perform patching, configuration management, and ongoing security maintenance.
Investigate and resolve security alerts and incidents while partnering with stakeholders to reduce risk.
Maintain documentation for security configurations, operational processes, and incident response procedures.
Collaborate with global teams to share knowledge and promote consistent security standards.

5+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity engineering, information security, or a related technical field.
Knowledge of at least one cybersecurity protection domain and incident response practices.
Understanding of security operations, configuration management, patch management, and change management.
Hands-on experience with enterprise security technologies such as CrowdStrike, CyberArk, Zscaler, Cisco Firepower, or similar platforms.
