Role Overview
Design and execute marketing strategies supporting the full customer journey from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
Use data-driven insights, collaboration, and personalized engagement to increase adoption, satisfaction, and customer lifetime value.
Schedule
- Blended shift from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Hyderabad time.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and optimize lifecycle stages across onboarding, adoption, engagement, renewal, and expansion.
- Develop segmented campaigns using email, SMS, in-product messaging, and events.
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and IT.
- Establish KPIs and reporting for retention, health scores, and upsell opportunities.
- Use customer data to deliver personalized content and experiences.
- Support customer advocacy through awards, testimonials, and community engagement.
- Coordinate Gainsight, Salesforce, and other systems for campaign execution and data visibility.
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
