The Customer Success Functional Expert – Reporting, Analytics & Insights is a strategic, customer-facing role within Product Success.
The role helps customers maximize reporting, analytics, and visualization capabilities through Power BI and native Blackbaud tools.
Primary solution areas include RE NXT, FE NXT, Blackbaud Enterprise Management, Blackbaud CRM, and adjacent products.
As a Functional Expert
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on reporting, analytics, and data visualization across key Blackbaud products.
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, Professional Services, and Support teams on customer data strategies.
- Engage customers through consultations, workshops, webinars, and digital reporting programs.
- Help customers design and optimize custom reports and dashboards, including Power BI solutions.
- Translate customer questions into practical reporting and analytics approaches using Blackbaud data.
- Demonstrate nonprofit use cases covering fundraising, donor behavior, financial oversight, and operational efficiency.
- Tailor guidance from foundational reporting through advanced analytics based on customer maturity.
- Identify usage gaps and recommend ways to increase adoption and effectiveness.
- Analyze industry trends, peer benchmarks, usage data, and customer feedback to inform recommendations and enablement.
