Position Summary
The role combines technical architecture and management responsibilities for enterprise full-stack applications.
The position delivers high-quality work products, mentors or directs junior team members, and liaises with onsite and offshore teams to understand requirements.
Core Work
- Define and lead end-to-end architecture across frontend, backend, APIs, data, cloud, and integration layers.
- Design secure and scalable solutions using microservices, serverless, and event-driven patterns.
- Lead AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI implementations within enterprise application ecosystems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor developers and lead technical design, architecture, and code reviews.
- Support planning, estimation, capacity planning, risk management, CI/CD, testing, and release governance.
- Oversee application performance, security, reliability, and maintainability.
