Job Overview
CodeNinja Inc. is seeking a CVM / Segmentation Head to lead customer segmentation strategy and analytics.
The role involves designing segmentation frameworks, translating customer insights into targeted propositions, and driving measurable improvements in acquisition, engagement, retention, and pricing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and own end-to-end customer segmentation frameworks aligned to business objectives
- Lead customer analytics initiatives, including behavioural profiling and lifecycle analysis
- Translate segmentation insights into targeted, actionable customer propositions
- Partner with marketing, product, and pricing teams to improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and pricing strategies
- Own advanced data analysis and BI/reporting to track segment performance and CVM effectiveness
- Present segmentation strategy and insights to senior stakeholders, influencing commercial decisions
Requirements
- 8-11 years of experience in customer segmentation, CVM, or customer analytics
- Proven track record in establishing segmentation strategy/frameworks
- Strong hands-on experience with customer analytics and advanced data analysis
- Solid BI/reporting skills
- Demonstrated impact on acquisition, engagement, retention, and/or pricing through segmentation-driven decisions
