Role Overview
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for contractors, consultants, and temporary resources.
Ensure each contractor is operational from the first working day through documentation, approvals, access, IDs, badges, and induction.
The role operates across a banking environment and multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Contractor Onboarding
- Collect required onboarding information from hiring managers and project teams.
- Verify documentation, maintain records, schedule inductions, and obtain approvals before onboarding completion.
- Identify and resolve onboarding delays or missing requirements.
Access & Provisioning
- Raise and coordinate system and application access requests based on approved onboarding requirements.
- Track approval workflows, follow up on pending requests, and escalate delays.
- Ensure access follows bank security policies, approved role requirements, and least-privilege principles.
