Strong track record in pricing and revenue optimisation
Proven experience owning commercial levers and campaign strategy end-to-end
Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership engagement
Leadership/people management experience
Experience with segmentation frameworks and data-driven decision making
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in retail banking specifically (vs. general retail/telco CVM)
Familiarity with experimentation platforms and uplift modelling tools
Exposure to CVM in a regional (MENA/KSA) market context
