About The Role
We are hiring a Senior CVM / Segmentation Head to lead customer lifecycle management for a retail banking client, owning strategy across acquisition, cross-sell, retention, and win-back. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder leadershi
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end CVM strategy across the customer lifecycle — acquisition, cross-sell, retention, and win-back
- Define and track KPIs for customer value, engagement, and revenue performance
- Design and execute commercial levers (pricing, offers, incentives) to optimize customer value
- Lead campaign design, execution, and experimentation (A/B testing, uplift modelling) to improve commercial outcomes
- Drive customer segmentation strategy to enable targeted, personalized interventions
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Data/Analytics, Product, and Finance to align on commercial priorities
- Manage stakeholder relationships at senior/leadership level, presenting strategy and results
