About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end review and validation of complex seizure reports
- Conduct advanced analysis of evidence to establish violation occurrence and intent
- Determine and validate criminal liability, including multi party accountability
- Approve case outcomes and make final recommendations on referral to Public Prosecution
- Oversee investigation lifecycle from case intake to referral
- Ensure strict adherence to legal protocols and due process
- Provide expert interpretation of customs laws and enforcement regulations
- Identify systemic issues and recommend corrective measures
- Review and endorse critical documentation such as seizure reports and prosecution requests
- Oversee suspect interviews process
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to investigation teams
- Contribute to policy development and standardization of procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in customs, legal enforcement, regulatory compliance, or investigation roles
