Overview

The Customer Success Associate supports the Commercial function by ensuring efficient execution of sales operations and seamless internal coordination.

The role plays a key part in maintaining order accuracy, improving turnaround time, and enabling effective alignment across cross-functional teams to support customer delivery and business performance.

Sales Operations Execution And Order Lifecycle Management

  • Execute and support end-to-end sales order management activities in SAP, ensuring all orders are accurately captured, validated, and processed in line with approved commercial terms
  • Maintain ownership of order data integrity, ensuring completeness of specifications, quantities, pricing references, and delivery requirements
  • Monitor and track the order lifecycle from order confirmation through production planning to final delivery, ensuring adherence to committed timelines
  • Proactively follow up on order status and resolve discrepancies to minimize delays, rework, and operational disruptions

Cross-Functional Coordination And Operational Alignment

  • Act as a central coordination point between Commercial and key internal stakeholders including Production Planning, supply chain, Finance, and Outbound Delivery
  • Facilitate alignment on production schedules, material availability, delivery timelines, and invoicing readiness
  • Manage day-to-day operational dependencies and ensure timely escalation of issues impacting delivery commitments
  • Support seamless information flow across functions to enhance execution efficiency and service reliability

Contract Administration And Commercial Support

  • Support the preparation, review, and processing of contractual documentation and sales-related records in coordination with Account Managers and relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and approval frameworks
  • Maintain organized and traceable records to support audit, compliance, and reference requirements

Process Efficiency And Continuous Improvement Support

  • Ensure high levels of order processing accuracy, minimizing errors, rework, and operational inefficiencies
  • Support improvement of process turnaround time through effective coordination, follow-ups, and prioritization of activities
  • Identify recurring issues, inefficiencies, or process gaps and escalate to relevant stakeholders for resolution
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at process simplification, standardization, and automation

Systems, Data Integrity and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across CRM and other company systems, ensuring consistency between systems and business transactions
  • Support generation of operational and performance reports related to order status, execution progress, and coordination activities
  • Ensure proper use of systems to enable data visibility, tracking, and decision support
  • Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per hour

Education

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience

  • Printing & Packaging or related field: 2 years (Required)
