**Job Title:** Customer Service & Admin Assistant (Male)
Compensation
- **Gross Salary:** QAR 2,200 per month
- **Basic Salary:** QAR 1,500 + Accommodation provided
About The Role
Leaders Training Centre is looking for a **customer-focused and organized Customer Service & Admin Assistant** to support front desk operations and administrative tasks.
This role is ideal for someone with **strong communication skills and basic Excel knowledge**, who can manage both customer interaction and office coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist students, visitors, and clients professionally
- Provide information about courses, schedules, and services
- Handle customer inquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp)
- Perform administrative tasks including **data entry, documentation, and record keeping**
- Maintain and update records using **MS Excel and office tools**
- Coordinate class schedules, appointments, and internal activities
- Support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Strong **communication and customer handling skills**
- Basic to intermediate **MS Excel and MS Office proficiency**
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Prior experience in customer service or admin role is an advantage
