Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers at Dubai International Airport during check in, boarding, arrivals, and baggage services
- Provide personalized airport experience to guests including VIPs, families, unaccompanied minors, and passengers needing extra assistance
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve queries across multiple communication channels in the Contact Centre
- Identify and close sales opportunities while providing excellent service
Requirements
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- A levels/High School certificate
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Willing to work in a shift environment
- PC based skills to operate Windows package (Microsoft Word/Excel/E mail)
- Willing to wear uniform (front line customer facing roles)
- For Contact Centre: Proficiency in English and at least one of: Arabic, French, Czech, German, Italian, Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese
- For Contact Centre: Customer and sales focus
- For Contact Centre: Ability to type accurately and quickly

Job Purpose
- The Emirates Group is hiring for Customer Service roles across Emirates Airport Services, dnata, Marhaba services, and Contact Centre.
Customer facing Roles
- Airport / Customer Service Agent: Guide travellers through check in, boarding, arrivals, and baggage services.
- Marhaba Service Agent: Deliver personalized airport experience including check in, immigration, boarding, and baggage services.
- Contact Centre Consultant: Provide support and care throughout customer journey via multiple channels.
Qualifications
