Customer Service Representative

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Support qualification, relationship building, needs evaluation, solution presentation, and closing in the sales process.
• Engage customers through phone, email, and web conferencing.
• Identify customer service requirements and act as a liaison between customers and the company.
• Manage customer relationships and focus on standard quotation inquiries.
• Obtain pricing and lead times from standard price lists.
• Coordinate complaint resolution with internal departments.
• Process sales invoices, quotations, and client status reports.
• Handle shipping and delivery date information requests when applicable.
• Maintain accurate customer and activity records in the CRM system.
• Achieve sales goals by converting and penetrating accounts.
• Build knowledge of company services and participate in training or coaching.
• Follow company policies and applicable safety, environmental, trade compliance, and governance requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service experience; quoting experience is strongly preferred.
