As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the welcoming face of the shop and a key connection point between customers, technicians, partners, and vendors.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Building positive, lasting customer relationships in person and over the phone
- Submitting ICBC rental forms and guiding customers through the process
- Scheduling repair appointments and managing shop calendars
- Generating repair orders and ensuring accurate documentation
- Interacting with vendors and coordinating incoming/outgoing materials
- Providing clear repair updates through phone, text, and email
- Managing and posting invoices, parts returns, and related paperwork
- Reconciling repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, administrative work, and supporting a busy team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
- A friendly, professional approach with strong people skills
- Passion for vehicles and helping customers feel confident in their repair journey
- A valid driver’s license
- Solid references that reflect reliability and professionalism
