Auto Body Technician
We’re looking for an Experienced Auto Body Technician.

Competitive Pay: Technicians can earn up to $200,000+ through our flat rate and bonus system. 30 flat rate, up to 42 flat rate including top production level. and certifications
Performance Bonuses: Extra pay for surpassing bi-weekly production hour thresholds
Certification premiums that increase your base rate—with all OE training costs fully covered by Kirmac
Most experienced technicians bill 400+ hours per month

Schedule Options That Work for You
Day shift: Monday to Friday 8:00am–4:30pm, 8:30am-5:00pm, 9:00am-5:30pm.
Flexible schedules available: afternoons, nights, or weekends

What You Bring
Experience as an Auto Body Technician in a high‑volume or advanced repair environment
Strong understanding of modern repair methods, materials, and equipment (experience with EVs, aluminum repair, or ADAS calibration is an asset)
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality
A commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement with openness to learning emerging repair technologies
