- Send performance reports to clients
- Ensure compliance with HSSE policy
- Guide new staff and support on the job training
- Maintain proper record management system

- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Customer Service, Logistics, Shipping or Supply Chain

Responsibilities
- Preparation and execution of the Logistical Administrative process to meet deadlines.
- Processing of Inbound, Outbound, Vehicle entry permits, Truck loading plan and MAMAR export clearance documents.
- Prepare and send complete and accurate daily activity reports.
- Ensure both Warehouse management System and SAP are updated accurately and simultaneously on daily basis.
- Provide high quality services to the client within the defined standards.
- Coordinate with other internal departments on the status of containers planning, ASN issues, Order issues and IT issues.
- Send performance reports to client in a timely and accurate manner.
- Consult with team members to ensure KPI targets and stated performance and quality standards are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with the Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Policy.
- Guide new staff towards fair and upward development, support on the job training.
- Maintain proper record management system.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience
- Bachelor Degree graduates, preferably with background in Customer Service, Logistics, Shipping or Supply Chain
