- Assist guests with ticket purchases, seat selections, and promotions
- Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately using the POS system
- Provide detailed information about movie schedules, cinema services, loyalty programs, and promotions
- Upsell tickets, combo deals, and retail items to maximize revenue
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints
- Ensure box office, lobby, and customer service counters are clean and organized
- Monitor customer flow and provide assistance to avoid queues or delays
- Coordinate with cinema operations and F&B teams to ensure smooth service
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, refunds, and reports
- Follow all company policies regarding hygiene, health, safety, and data security
- Support colleagues during peak times, special events, and promotions
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B or hospitality; cinema or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, guest facing environment
- Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Adherence to hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards

Role Profile

- Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately using the POS system.

- Respond professionally to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure a positive experience.
- Ensure the box office, lobby, and customer service counters are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
