Responsibilities
- Deliver quality commercial distribution channel between customer and FSL
- Answer customer inquiries efficiently within stated guidelines
- Proactively deal with customer complaints and queries through to resolution
- Use E Freight Suite to track customer transactions and interactions
- Upsell and handle new and existing accounts
- Maintain and grow long term customer relationships via phone, email, and follow up
- Act as link between customer and departments to ensure service levels
- Cross check and raise invoices as per company objectives
- Identify and escalate recurring system problems
- Assist management with special projects and provide backup to team manager
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or related field
- Proficiency in using CRM or freight management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues

Key Responsibilities
- To deliver a quality commercial distribution channel between the customer and FSL.
- To focus on the customer and answer enquires efficiently and within the stated guidelines.
- Proactively dealing with customer complaints and queries, ensuring assistance through to resolution.
- To use E Freight Suite to keep track of all customer transactions and interactions.
- Upselling and handling new accounts as well as existing accounts.
- Maintain, grow, and build long term relationships with customers via phone calls, emails, and job quality follow up.
- To act as the link between the customer and various departments to ensure efficient levels of service.
- Cross check and raise invoices as per company objectives and within the agreed delivery deadlines.
- Identifying and escalating consistent or recurring problems with the systems functionality.
- Assisting management with any assigned special projects and providing backup to the team manager when required.
- Additional duties as assigned.
