Overview
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to products and services.
- Utilize CRM software to document interactions and ensure timely follow-up on customer concerns.
- Handle day-to-day customer service activities for import and export shipments.
- Coordinate air, sea, and land freight movements with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents.
- Provide shipment updates and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with customs clearance, warehouse, and transport teams.
- Maintain accurate records in freight forwarding systems/ERP.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and international shipping regulations.
- Support sales teams with service updates, and customer follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and overseas partners.
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions to enhance customer knowledge.
