Overview

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to products and services.
  • Utilize CRM software to document interactions and ensure timely follow-up on customer concerns.
  • Handle day-to-day customer service activities for import and export shipments.
  • Coordinate air, sea, and land freight movements with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents.
  • Provide shipment updates and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints and operational issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with customs clearance, warehouse, and transport teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in freight forwarding systems/ERP.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and international shipping regulations.
  • Support sales teams with service updates, and customer follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and overseas partners.
  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions to enhance customer knowledge.
