Overview
We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and target-driven
Telecaller
to join our growing Immigration & Visa Consultancy team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining our services, building trust, and booking consultation appointments for our advisors.
This is a performance-based role with strong earning potential and career growth into Senior Consultant / Team Leader positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to fresh and existing leads provided by the company
- Introduce and explain immigration and visa services in a clear and professional manner
- Understand client requirements and guide them toward suitable programs
- Handle basic inquiries and overcome objections confidently
- Schedule appointments and maintain proper follow-ups
- Achieve daily call targets and monthly conversion goals
- Maintain positive client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
