Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email, live chat, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp)
- Resolve customer complaints, process returns, and escalate issues when necessary
- Monitor and manage DMs, comments, and product related questions on social platforms
- Provide after sales support and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve order and delivery issues
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions
- Generate reports related to customer service performance, product issues, and stock availability
- Assist in data entry work such as product uploads and stock updates
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's in related field
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in e commerce or retail
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic preferred
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) for business use
- Fast typing skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
