Role Overview
The Customer Service Associate - Millwork supports customers, manages special orders, and helps ensure a positive shopping experience.
The role contributes to store success through customer service, product knowledge, selling, merchandising, and inventory support.
Your Role
- Assist customers with information and product requirements in the store or over the telephone.
- Prepare special orders, gather customer specifications, and confirm prices and delivery dates with the Special Order Purchaser.
- Keep the store stocked and merchandised with current product levels and information signage.
