- Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and assist with product inquiries
- Promote products and upsell when appropriate to help meet store sales targets
- Replenish shelves, organize displays and ensure products are correctly priced and labelled
- Maintain a tidy, safe and welcoming environment by regularly cleaning and organizing the store
- Assist in stock counts & inventory and help with receiving and unpacking new stock
- Attend training sessions to expand product knowledge and skills
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth store operations and success
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 1 2 years’ experience in retail or customer service
- Experience in cash handling & POS system
- Ability to handle customer complaints and work under pressure
- Merchandising and visual display skills
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy boxes
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Purpose of the Role
- To provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers, providing product information, replenishing stock, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized environment ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and contributing to overall sales performance.
What will you be doing
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, assist with product inquiries and provide recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Promote products and upsell when appropriate to help meet store sales target.

What we are looking for
- Must have experience in cash handling & POS system.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Minimum 1 2 years’ experience in retail or customer service.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and work under pressure.
- Merchandising and visual display skills.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy boxes as part of daily operation.
