Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive category revenue, profitability and sustainable growth by developing and executing category strategies that deliver commercial objectives for MMI.
  • Develop and implement category strategies, annual business plans and activation plans aligned with channel, customer and principal objectives.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, promotional investment, budgets and P&L management to maximise category performance.
  • Manage supplier relationships and partner with principals to identify growth opportunities, innovation and long term strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor category performance through monthly financial, commercial and brand reviews, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers, Marketing and external agencies to deliver best in class activations, promotions and consumer engagement across all channels.
  • Drive portfolio optimisation, assortment planning, pricing strategy and lifecycle management to improve customer experience and profitability.
  • Identify new business opportunities across existing and emerging channels, ensuring successful execution of category growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 6 8 years of experience in category or customer channel marketing, preferably in the beverage industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in omnichannel marketing, plan development, and execution.
  • Strong skills in sales presentation, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Proficient in data analysis and market research to derive consumer and commercial insights.
