About the Role
Commercial Bank of Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to address customer needs, queries, and complaints in a timely manner. The role involves assisting walk-in customers, processing account maintenance, remittances, and supporting sales of banking products.

Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for customer requirements and assist walk in customers
- Process account maintenance activities (EmiratesID Update, Passport Update, etc.)
- Handle remittances, standing orders, trade finance service documents
- Support sales of products such as CASA, Deposits, Loans and Credit Cards
- Ensure customer applications are accurately submitted within policy guidelines
- Proactively call customers to review needs and sell suitable products
- Register and maintain balance reports for physical stock (Cheque Books, Cards, etc.)
Requirements
- Graduate, preferably in commercially oriented discipline or Diploma in business/finance related subjects
- 3 4 years of experience in Branch Banking

Principal Accountabilities
- Act as first point of contact in understanding customer's requirements and assist walk in customers
- Ensure to serve the customer with token and encourage use of digital channels
- Provide customer statement and letters within TAT
- Receive customer requests through Operational CRM eForms & KOFAX
- Account Maintenance activities (EmiratesID Update, Passport Update, Contact Details Update)
- Remittances (Smart Form & Manual Form)
- Standing order
- Trade Finance service documents
- Special Cheque Book requests
- Cheque Book delivery & Returned Cheque Book handling
- Returned Cheque process handling
- Stop payment instructions and execution
Requirements
- Graduate, preferably in commercially oriented discipline or Diploma in business/finance related subjects
- 3 4 years of experience in Branch Banking would be preferred
