Position Overview
The position is Customer Relations Representative (Arabic) in the Medical and Life Insurance department.
The customer relationship team aims to maximize satisfaction among members, providers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Contract Details
- The contract is for 12 months, with extension subject to project scope.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Customer Relationship Responsibilities
- Attend promptly to members', providers', and clients' queries in person, by email, and by telephone.
- Resolve stakeholder queries professionally and in a timely manner.
- Guide stakeholders on documentation and requirements throughout the policy process lifecycle.
- Update stakeholders about process deviations and address queries as required.
- Organize proactive meetings and address issues before they escalate.
- Demonstrate immediate service recovery actions for complaints or dissatisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with members, providers, and clients.
- Visit client locations for meetings, presentations, and training.
