Customer Relations Officer

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for member questions, concerns, and feedback.
• Greet members and provide personalized assistance.
• Promote membership upgrades, class bookings, premium services, events, offers, and programs.
• Handle complaints, resolve issues, escalate when needed, and follow up on outcomes.
• Assist with onboarding, renewals, cancellations, and account management.
• Maintain accurate member records and protect data privacy and security.
• Coordinate with sales, wellness, operations, and marketing teams.
• Conduct facility tours and recommend personalized services.
• Build member relationships, support retention, and address at-risk members.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a premium or luxury service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• High emotional intelligence and empathy.
• Proficiency in CRM software and office tools.
• A bachelor's degree in hospitality, customer service, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Fitness, hospitality, or service-industry experience is a plus.
