Ceema Films is an international film distribution company bringing Arabic and international films to cinemas across multiple markets.
The Customer and Audience Relations Executive will connect Ceema Films with movie audiences and support audience relationships around releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to audience inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, and other channels.
- Answer questions about releases, cinemas, showtimes, tickets, and locations.
- Monitor comments and messages and collect audience feedback, comments, and suggestions.
- Identify recurring questions, complaints, and issues and coordinate internally on resolutions.
- Support marketing campaigns and releases through audience engagement and community outreach.
- Build relationships with Arabic movie communities, groups, and fan pages.
- Monitor audience sentiment, maintain contact databases, and prepare weekly engagement reports.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Distribution, and Cinema teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent Arabic and good English, written and spoken; English is listed as preferred in the language section.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, positive, and professional approach.
- Strong social media skills and familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
- Good organization, follow-up, attention to detail, and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple movie releases.
- Previous experience in customer service, community management, social media, hospitality, marketing, or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Interest in movies, entertainment, and social media is a strong advantage.
Industry and Growth
The role offers exposure to international film releases and major cinema markets.
The position may grow into a broader Marketing, Community, or Audience Development role.
Workplace
- The position is full-time, based in Dubai, UAE, and performed in person.
Compensation
- The description states pay of AED 3,000 to AED 8,000 per month.
