Role Overview

Ceema Films is seeking a Customer / Audience Relations Executive for its Dubai team.

The role connects Ceema Films with movie audiences by managing inquiries, feedback, movie release support, and audience relationships.

The role focuses on Arabic-speaking moviegoers and requires a friendly, communicative, organized, and movie-interested candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to audience inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, and other channels.
  • Answer questions about movie releases, cinemas, showtimes, tickets, and locations.
  • Monitor comments and messages and respond in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Collect and organize audience feedback, comments, and suggestions.
  • Coordinate internally to resolve recurring audience questions, complaints, and issues.
  • Support marketing campaigns and movie releases through audience and community engagement.
  • Promote new releases through Arabic-speaking communities and social media channels.
  • Build relationships with Arabic movie communities, groups, and fan pages.
  • Monitor audience reactions and sentiment around movie releases.
  • Maintain databases of audiences, communities, partners, and contacts.
  • Prepare weekly reports on audience engagement, inquiries, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Distribution, and Cinema teams.

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent Arabic, written and spoken.
  • Good English, written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong social media skills and familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
  • Good organizational, follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with different types of people.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple movie releases.
  • Previous relevant experience is preferred but not essential.

Preferred Profile

  • Genuine interest in movies, entertainment, and social media is advantageous.
  • The candidate should be friendly, energetic, well-spoken, organized, social, proactive, responsible, and customer-focused.

Workplace and Employment

  • Full-time position based in Dubai, UAE.
  • Work location is in person.
