Role Description

  • This full time, on site Customer Happiness Representative role is based in Dubai and is open to UAE Nationals.
  • The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to learners and prospects by responding to inquiries, guiding them through course options, and explaining procedures clearly and professionally.
  • The representative will handle face to face, phone, and digital communications, manage the overall customers' journey to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • The role requires an emphasis on exceeding the levels of customer satisfaction and representing Eco Drive’s values at all times.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support, with a focus on responsiveness and reliability.
  • Ability to drive Customer Happiness by actively resolving issues, following up on requests, and maintaining professional service standards.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; proficiency in Arabic.
  • Experience or interest in enhancing Customer Experience through empathetic interaction, feedback collection, and service improvements.
  • UAE National status, with eligibility to work on site in Dubai.
  • Prior experience in customer facing roles in education, training, or service industries is preferred.
  • Comfort with using computers and basic office software; familiarity with CRM.
  • Positive attitude, willingness
