- Meet or exceed performance metrics (call handling time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction)
- Accurately update customer records in the system
- Respond to customer complaints, inquiries, and requests in a timely manner
- Provide clear and effective solutions to customer issues
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines while adapting to different customer needs
- Multitask between calls, CRM systems, and other tools efficiently
- Be flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem solving and active listening abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers
- Proficient in basic computer applications (CRM, MS Office)
- Multitasking and time management skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Job Summary
