Role Overview
Pattison Food Group is hiring Customer Experience Representatives in Langley, British Columbia.
The representatives report to the Customer Service Team Lead and support customers through meaningful service interactions.
The role provides exposure across the business and opportunities for career development.
Schedule
- Full-time positions require five eight-hour shifts, while part-time positions require three eight-hour shifts.
- Operating hours are Monday to Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday to Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer service through phone and email.
- Resolve customer needs with empathy and efficiency.
- Help customers use online shopping tools.
