Role Summary
- This individual contributor role executes customer experience (CX) and market insights projects that shape CSCR business decisions for solutions, technology, products, services, and digital offerings.
What You Will Do
- Translate business needs into clear research objectives and structured approaches
- Analyze VOC, interviews, surveys, and internal and external data sources to answer business questions and develop insights
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into meaningful insights
- Develop recommendations that inform strategy and support business decisions
- Create clear, executive ready presentations and deliverables
- Partner closely with teams across solutions, products, services, digital, and marketing teams in analyzing data and developing insights
- Influence stakeholders and help drive alignment around customer informed actions
- Maintain a projects and priorities execution roadmap aligned with CSCR strategic objectives
- Standardize intake, research, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and consistency
- Contribute to scalable approaches that strengthen the delivery of CX insights across the organization
- Leverage AI to automate / simplify work

Summary Pay Range
- $128,470.00 $192,710.00 per year
