Job Description

The Customer Care Agent will act as the first point of contact for clients and tenants, handling all service-related requests and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

The role requires strong coordination skills to manage maintenance requests, track progress, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and service requests
  • Register and track complaints and maintenance requests in the system
  • Coordinate with FM teams (MEP, housekeeping, security, etc.)
  • Ensure timely resolution as per SLA/KPI standards
  • Provide regular updates to customers on request status
  • Escalate critical or unresolved issues when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
