Role overview
Qatar Aviation Services is seeking a Customer Experience Agent for buggy operations within Hamad International Airport.
The role provides passenger assistance and customer service through MATAR buggy shuttle services.
Accountabilities
- Operate the MATAR buggy cart within the passenger terminal.
- Handle and assist passengers using MATAR shuttle services.
- Provide courteous, caring, and service-oriented customer assistance.
- Support passengers with information about shuttle services and airport facilities.
- Follow departmental and airport-regulator standard operating procedures.
- Maintain service standards supporting ISO compliance and contract KPIs.
- Report on time according to the roster and comply with uniform and grooming standards.
- Collaborate with QAS and MATAR departments to support seamless operations.
- Report illegal, unsafe, or corrupt activity to the appropriate supervisor.
- Escalate customer inconvenience and anticipated complaints promptly.
- Follow safety protocols when operating equipment within airport parameters.
- Uphold airport safety standards and a customer-first mindset.
Required qualifications
- High school qualification with one year of customer service experience.
