Role Overview
Accenture is hiring a Customer Contact Comms Senior Analyst in the Omnichannel Customer Service Technology area.
The role leads HR service delivery operations and manages a team to support SLA adherence, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
The position acts as a subject matter expert for Workday Payroll and Talent Management processes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Any graduation is required.
- The role requires 5–8 years of experience.
- Primary skill: Customer Service Technology, P4.
What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and service delivery.
- Lead and coach teams while managing performance and development.
- Drive SLA and KPI achievement, quality, productivity, and process improvements.
- Manage client interactions, escalations, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, controls, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Support reporting, workforce planning, business continuity, and knowledge transfer activities.
