About the Role

Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, explain vault services and safe deposit box options
- Guide customers through account setup and access procedures
- Manage sales inquiries, support lead generation activities, follow up on prospects
- Contribute to channel sales initiatives in coordination with partners and referral networks
- Maintain accurate client records, prepare service agreements, handle payments and renewals
- Collaborate with operations and security teams to uphold compliance and safety protocols
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding appointments, service updates, and feedback
Requirements
- Strong customer facing abilities with proven skills in Customer Service and Communication
- Experience in Lead Generation and basic Sales Operations
- Exposure to Channel Sales, partner management, or referral based sales models
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Prior experience in financial services, luxury retail, hospitality, or secure storage environments is an advantage
- Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial
- Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi

Role Description
- The Customer and Sales Officer is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for delivering exceptional service to individual and corporate clients at HBS Privé Vaults’ branches.
- This role includes welcoming and assisting clients, explaining vault services and safe deposit box options, guiding customers through account setup and access procedures, and ensuring a seamless in person experience.
- The officer will manage sales inquiries, support lead generation activities, follow up on prospects, and contribute to channel sales initiatives.
- Daily tasks involve maintaining accurate client records, preparing service agreements, handling payments and renewals, and collaborating with operations and security teams.
- The role also requires proactive communication with clients regarding appointments, service updates, and feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong customer facing abilities with proven skills in Customer Service and Communication.
- Experience in Lead Generation and basic Sales Operations, including handling inquiries, follow ups, and pipeline tracking.
- Exposure to Channel Sales, partner management, or referral based sales models.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion.
- Prior experience in financial services, luxury retail, hospitality, or secure storage environments is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems, and strong attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi, including during extended operating hours, and collaborate effectively in a diverse team.
