Project role

Responsibilities

• Own software architecture and technical direction while leading teams through design and delivery.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software systems and integrations.
• Set and enforce development standards for code quality, consistency, scalability, and performance.
• Implement CI/CD, software verification, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and system upgrade practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery, make team decisions, mentor engineers, and evaluate emerging technologies.

Required qualifications

• At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
• The posting also specifies 10 or more years of technology experience in Java, Spring, and cloud technologies.
• At least 5 years of Spring Boot experience is required.
• 15 years of full-time education is required.

Professional and technical skills

• Required technologies include Spring Boot, Java, and Amazon Web Services.
• Experience is required with CI/CD, automated deployments, automated testing, build servers, and source code configuration management.
• Experience is required with AWS, Jenkins, GitHub, workflow tools such as JIRA or Rally, and Kafka.

Workplace

• The position is based at the Gurugram client office and mandates work from the client location three days per week.
