Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
• Provide technical business analysis for cost-saving initiatives, including requirements gathering, project planning, data analysis, and proposal presentation.
• Own reporting requirements, implement new processes, and ensure governance.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to optimization efforts.
• Work with internal stakeholders, application owners, and external data providers on processes and projects.
• Collaborate with global team members across regions and divisions and work across time zones.

Professional and Technical Skills

• Seasoned technical business analysis experience with operational resilience knowledge and the ability to navigate related regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, including translating business requirements into visualizations.
• Strong hands-on Power BI experience for interactive dashboards and reports.
• Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills are preferred, particularly Excel VBA/macros for automation.
• Experience coordinating testing phases, including planning, execution, defect management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience transforming processes for efficiency and risk management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for working with senior management and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize workload, support internal clients, and work effectively in extended teams.
