Project Role
The Custom Software Engineer develops custom software solutions and enhances components across systems or applications.
The role uses modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions for business needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work independently and become a subject matter expert in assigned areas.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Maintain and enhance software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document technical designs and development processes for knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Guide and support junior team members.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Data Architecture Principles is required.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural best practices is required.
- Experience with scalable system design and integration of multiple software components is required.
- Familiarity with agile software development and CI/CD processes is required.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions is required.
