McGraw Hill, the leading provider of digital and print educational resources, is looking for a Curriculum Strategy Manager to join our Higher Education team.
We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial, and highly adaptable individual to join our fast-paced, agile business strategy team.
This is not a conventional curriculum role.
It is built for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and finds genuine energy in building new things from the ground up.
In this role, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of curriculum and content development across our portfolio — shaping not just what we build, but how we build it.
Bringing the business strategy perspective and market expertise, you will partner closely with a motivated, high-velocity team to experiment with new modes of product development, content formats, workflows, and AI-powered tools, iterating rapidly and learning from every cycle.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to help define what modern curriculum development looks like — and to build genuinely new processes and products leading a team that's motivated to move fast and do great work.
The pay range for this position is between $100,000 - $122,000 annually.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
