Role overview
Atlas Copco is seeking a customer-focused Sales Engineer for the Compressor Technique Service Division.
The role is based in Al Khobar and focuses on growing service sales, customer satisfaction, and service-contract business across an assigned territory.
Mission and responsibilities
- Develop, motivate, and manage the dedicated service sales team with a hands-on approach.
- Grow service contracts and advanced services while maximizing service-business revenue and profitability.
- Manage key accounts, prospect for new customers, and expand the customer portfolio.
- Plan sales-team activities and conduct field visits to assess customer needs and machine installations.
- Use business intelligence data to capture market potential and provide marketing input for service growth.
- Ensure timely customer responses and act on customer feedback.
- Keep CRM records current and ensure sales activities and tools are fully utilized.
- Upsell products and services, conduct telesales and mailer campaigns, and generate new leads.
- Achieve targets for NIS and profitability while supporting Airscan, AirNet, upgrades, and focused products.
Experience requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in an industrial sales function.
