- Define and execute the overall technology strategy, ensuring alignment between engineering initiatives and long term product objectives
- Lead the design and evolution of scalable system architecture, front end infrastructure, and technical frameworks that support continued platform growth
- Establish and optimize production ready engineering processes, including system administration, infrastructure management, security practices, and operational standards
- Build, mentor, and grow a high performing engineering organization by promoting technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Oversee engineering planning, resource allocation, and development priorities to ensure efficient project execution and timely delivery
- Collaborate closely with cross functional stakeholders to iterate on product capabilities while maintaining technical quality and performance
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and implementing best practices across development, deployment, and platform operations
- Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code quality initiatives, and strategic decision making for complex engineering challenges
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in game development with demonstrated success in a senior technical leadership or technology management role
- Proven ability to scale engineering teams, establish development processes, and lead technology strategy within high growth or early stage environments
- Deep expertise in Three.js, React, Solidity, JavaScript, and C++, with strong software architecture and system design capabilities
- Strong understanding of multiplayer systems, real time applications, distributed architectures, and modern web technologies
- Experience overseeing infrastructure, system administration, application security, and production operations
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision making skills with the ability to inspire and mentor engineering teams
- Comfortable working in remote, globally distributed environments while managing multiple priorities and technical initiatives

Role Overview
