About the Role

  • We work with serious crypto investors and high net worth professionals navigating the digital asset space. We are looking for someone who advises others on crypto portfolio strategy, asset allocation, and investment decisions — and who does this credibly because they have been doing it for themselve
  • This is not a research role. It is not a compliance role. It is not a technical role. It is an advisory role for someone who has real capital deployed across crypto markets right now and knows what that actually feels like.
  • You will work directly with clients who are evaluating crypto investment opportunities, structuring their portfolios, and making decisions about where to put serious money. Your credibility in those conversations comes entirely from your own track record and your own depth in the market.

What You Will Do

  • Advise clients on crypto portfolio construction, asset allocation, and investment strategy
  • Help clients evaluate specific opportunities — protocols, tokens, yield strategies — through the lens of someone who has personally operated in these markets
  • Provide ongoing market intelligence grounded in your own direct participation in the crypto ecosystem
  • Support clients in understanding token compensation structures, vesting mechanics, and how to think about token heavy offers
  • Build and maintain relationships with serious crypto investors and practitioners globally

Who This Is For

  • You have been actively investing in crypto for several years across multiple market cycles. You have capital deployed right now — not historically, not theoretically, right now. You have managed positions through volatile periods, made decisions under pressure, and learned from both wins and losses
  • You understand DeFi not from reading about it but from using it. You know what a liquidity crisis feels like from inside a position. You have formed views on the market that are yours, not borrowed from Twitter or Telegram.
  • You do not need to be a developer. You do not need a compliance background. You need to be a serious crypto practitioner who can advise other serious people.

Requirements

  • Multi year active participation in crypto markets across multiple cycles
  • Personal experience managing crypto portfolios and on chain positions with real capital
  • Deep familiarity with DeFi, token economics, and digital asset market structure
  • Strong communication skills — you can explain complex market dynamics clearly to sophisticated but non technical clients
  • Fluent English
  • Remote friendly, globally based

Compensation

  • Base: $80,000 – $140,000 per year
  • Performance upside tied to client outcomes
  • Total target: $150,000 – $220,000+
