- Genuine, reciprocal network within the global crypto community including traders, investors, fund managers, or protocol participants
- Several years of active involvement in crypto with own capital at stake
- Recognized participant at industry events
- Understanding of crypto culture, trust dynamics, and decision making

Compensation
- Base: $120,000 – $190,000 per year
- Upside tied to partnership outcomes and deal flow generated
- Fully remote, global
